Overview & Acceptance
CodeWithHarry (“CWH,” “we,” “us,”) provides educational content, software, communities, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any Service you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
What We Offer
The Services include on-demand tutorials, structured courses and cohorts, downloadable notes and cheatsheets, live sessions, newsletters, coding challenges, job-readiness content, and community spaces. Features may evolve over time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Accounts, Eligibility & Security
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to create an account. By registering you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- Safeguard your credentials and accept responsibility for all activity under your login.
- Notify us promptly at legal@codewithharry.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Use one account per learner; account sharing or seat pooling is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, or misuse.
Learning Content & License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content you enroll in or download solely for your own learning or internal business purpose. Unless expressly permitted you may not redistribute, broadcast, resell, sublicense, or publicly display CodeWithHarry videos, notes, code snippets, transcripts, or cohorts. Additional rules for downloadable assets appear in our License Agreement.
Payments, Subscriptions & Contributions
Paid courses, memberships, cohorts, or optional contributions must be completed through approved payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe, Paddle, UPI, etc.). You authorize us to charge the selected method for any recurring plan until you cancel. Prices may change; we will provide advance notice before renewal.
Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refunds Policy. Access may be paused for failed payments, chargebacks, or regulatory flags. You are responsible for taxes, currency conversion, and third-party fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
Community & Acceptable Use
To keep our ecosystem safe you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against instructors, staff, or other learners.
- Upload malware, share pirated content, or disclose exam answers and proprietary material.
- Scrape, bulk download, reverse engineer, or replicate our Services using developer tools or bots.
- Impersonate individuals, falsify identity documents, or attempt to circumvent payment controls.
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes or violate applicable laws and regulations.
We may remove content, suspend chat access, or terminate accounts to protect learners and intellectual property.
User-Generated Content & Feedback
When you submit questions, assignments, project links, or feedback, you grant CodeWithHarry a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, and display that material for educational and promotional purposes. You represent that you own or have rights to anything you share and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All platform code, videos, curriculum outlines, transcripts, graphics, and brand assets are owned or licensed by CodeWithHarry and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Using our logos, likeness, or name without written permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Tools & Links
The Services may link to or embed third-party tools (for example: GitHub, Discord, Zoom, external IDEs, payment gateways). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, or security. Your use of third-party offerings is governed by their separate terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that content will meet your expectations, that usage will guarantee employment, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for backing up your work, testing code, and ensuring compatibility with your environment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeWithHarry, its instructors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to CodeWithHarry in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or other legitimate reasons. Upon termination you must cease using premium Services. Some rights (for example, licenses for previously downloaded assets) may survive as stated in the relevant license terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be addressed through informal discussions; if unresolved they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, unless mandatory law requires a different venue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, when material, provide additional notice (such as email or in-product alerts). Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
